When a group comes together to have meaningful conversations about deeply held beliefs, it helps to have a facilitator with the knowledge and skills to create spaces of authentic sharing and deep listening. In this moment of polarization, bridge-builders are needed more than ever.

This half-day workshop gives facilitators the tools to organize meaningful dialogue across lines of difference in their communities, congregations, and workplaces.
Facilitators will:
-
Gain knowledge, techniques, and incremental confidence in conversing across differences.
-
Explore case studies and practice skills for navigating conflict in conversations.
-
Receive a companion Facilitator Toolkit and Online Resource Guide.
We hope that every person who attends this training will put these ideas into practice by organizing a local conversation in their own community. Interfaith Philadelphia staff can be available to help support those ongoing experiences.
